Thank you for sticking with us! To show our appreciation for our members, we are proud to offer our Member Loyalty Campaign. We understand the impact that our recent staff shortage has had on our members and would like to show our thanks.

Choose one of the following options:

-3 month Member Loyalty Pass
-Gift Card in the Community ($10 to $50 value)
-Cancel your membership with no cancellation fee

When & Where

Visit the South Administration desk at the Eastlink Centre between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. April 24th to May 7th to participate. This will be the only place and time to receive the benefits of this campaign. For any inquiries, contact Customer Service Manager, Angela Redding, at 780-357-7532 or

Who Is Eligible?

Must be an active, in good standing member between February 1 and April 12, 2017. A member includes: 1 year pre-paid memberships, 6 month pre-paid memberships, annual monthly and month to month memberships.

The following are not eligible for the Member Loyalty Campaign:
- Punch Pass Card Holders

If your membership expired between February 1 and April 12, 2017, you have the option to recieve a 3 month Member Loyalty Pass. To recieve the pass, visit the Eastlink Centre between April 24th & May 7. Some conditions may apply.
