Lana is a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer and strives to teach her clients how to improve their quality of life with fitness and nutrition. Lana’s own fitness program gives her the strength and determination to be an energetic parent to three teenage boys. She enjoys strength training, running, hiking, cycling, horse riding, yoga, Pilates, and TRX Training. Lana also loves growing and preparing wholesome, organic foods to share with her family. Lana’s goal is to train you for life by designing functional fitness programs that optimize cardio endurance, increase muscular strength, improve body composition, and enhance flexibility.
