Lana Sieben

Lana is a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer ® who has been in the fitness industry for 7 years and has studied Fitness Leadership at GPRC. Those interested in weight loss, group training, the newly motivated, the fitness enthusiast and those looking for functional fitness would fit well with Lana’s training technique. Lana holds certifications from the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP®), TRX®, Group Ride®, Krank Cycle®, Power Plate® and the AFLCA®.
