Gymnastics Conditioning Parent & Child

A portion of each class will focus on a gymnastic style warm-up, followed by gymnastic conditioning, and basic gymnastic skills. Conditioning will consist of lower body strength training, stability and core training, mat work, and upper body strength exercises. During class participants will learn progressions for bridges, forward and backward rolls, headstands, handstands, cartwheels, round offs, forearm stands, back walkovers, and front walkovers.
