Welcome to Total Tri Training! Tri Training is an all-inclusive regardless of the distance you are racing, or the experience you have! From Sprint distance to Ironman, this is the jumping point for you. Tri Training will include key workouts, on the swim, bike and run legs of your journey. This programs also includes pointers on transition, nutrition and mental preparation.

Join us for the 12 weeks leading up to the Grande Prairie Sprint/Standard distance Triathlon, June 11, 2017. Be the fittest you have ever been and concur the three disciplines while training with friends and like-minded people!
