Fitness Classes

Group fitness classes are an energizing and social way to work up a sweat. We offer a range of popular and proven group fitness styles, including both low impact and high intensity classes that offer different ways to keep you fit and flexible. And what's even better, most are included with the price of your membership or drop-in rate.

From beginner, intermediate to advanced levels, you will be sure to find something on our extensive fitness class schedule offering over 55 classes a week.

In these 8 weeks you can expect to take your fitness to a whole new level- you’ll see increases in your metabolism and dramatically improved stamina all before the summer season!  This program will alternate between workouts that develop cardiovascular endurance and workouts that develop muscular endurance. See what amazing things can be achieved in only 8 weeks!
