Challenge your strength, endurance and flexibility with this 90 minute Yoga practice. Breath will be linked to postures and movement. Along with flows that will challenge you, we will also explore  breathing exercises, meditation and a deliciously relaxing cool down. Modifications will be offered, making this practice open for beginners and beyond.
