Group fitness classes are an energizing and social way to work up a sweat. We offer a range of popular and proven group fitness styles, including both low impact and high intensity classes that offer different ways to keep you fit and flexible. And what's even better, most are included with the price of your membership or drop-in rate.

From beginner, intermediate to advanced levels, you will be sure to find something on our extensive fitness class schedule offering over 55 classes a week.

This 8 week fitness challenge is designed to get you results! Workout 3 times per week to kick start your fitness journey or to increase your current fitness level. Classes will focus on developing muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. Classes are taught by a CSEP Certified
