Fitness Classes

Group fitness classes are an energizing and social way to work up a sweat. We offer a range of popular and proven group fitness styles, including both low impact and high intensity classes that offer different ways to keep you fit and flexible. And what's even better, most are included with the price of your membership or drop-in rate.

From beginner, intermediate to advanced levels, you will be sure to find something on our extensive fitness class schedule offering over 55 classes a week.


This course will show you how to prepare creative and fun appetizers with each week focusing on a different season. You will be educated on creating three cold and three hot appetizers while understanding the value of wine paring to go along with it. Please join our Chefs Kelly Buyar and Jordan Bishop to prepare yourself for Christmas parties around the corner!

These classes are designed to help you become familiar with basic yoga postures, breathing techniques, and proper alignment. If you've been curious about yoga, but maybe a little intimidated walking into a class, this series is for you. This judgement free environment is perfect for learning to love Yoga while gaining confidence to attend classes.

Join us for some traditional Ukrainian Pierogi making in our cooking kitchen. This class will outline all steps of the pierogi-making process, from making filling, forming and rolling dough, pressing pierogis, and finally cooking and serving the pierogis. Bring your rolling pin and a cookie sheet or two to take yours home with you. We will also be 'sampling' our work for lunch. 'YISTY,, eat!!'

Grab your friends and get active, be social and have some fun! Co-ed teams of 6 – 8 will participate in a different sport each week as well as some special activities to gain points and to win the Grand Prize at the end of the year tournament. Head out to our partner Red Rock BBQ after your games for special pricing to all Red Rock Rec League members. The team captain can sign up the whole team, which will be provided with shirts for the duration of the league.
